Stay Golden Host Agreement
By joining Stay Golden as a host, you agree to the following terms:
1. Role of Stay Golden
Stay Golden provides a platform that connects guests with curated arrival experiences offered by independent hosts.
Stay Golden is not responsible for the physical fulfillment of experiences.
2. Host Responsibilities
As a host, you agree to:
Prepare and deliver each experience according to Stay Golden guidelines
Ensure all items are fresh, clean, and accurately presented
Maintain a high standard of styling and presentation
Fulfill orders on time and as described
Communicate promptly if an issue arises
3. Experience Standards
All experiences must:
Match the visual and quality standards shown in the Experience Gallery
Be clean, styled, and ready to enjoy upon guest's arrival
Avoid visible grocery packaging or unprepared items
4. Order Fulfillment
Orders must be confirmed within the required timeframe
Hosts are responsible for preparing and placing all items prior to guest arrival
Failure to fulfill orders may result in removal from the platform
5. Payments & Fees
Hosts receive 70% of each completed order
Stay Golden retains 30% to support the platform, marketing, and operations
Stay Golden handles payment processing and applicable fees
6. Founder Setup Fee
A one-time $150 Founder Setup Fee is required upon acceptance
This fee covers onboarding, platform setup, and access
7. Refunds & Issues
Hosts may be responsible for refunds or adjustments if an experience is not delivered as described
Stay Golden reserves the right to issue refunds to guests when necessary
8. Independent Contractor Status
Hosts operate as independent providers and are not employees of Stay Golden.
9. Removal from Platform
Stay Golden reserves the right to remove any host who does not meet quality or service standards.
10. Updates
These terms may be updated as Stay Golden evolves. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any updates.
