By using this website, placing an order, or participating as a host partner, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Experiences & Fulfillment

Stay Golden experiences are prepared and fulfilled by participating host partners prior to guest arrival.

While we strive to maintain consistency and presentation standards across all offerings, certain items, substitutions, brands, florals, or presentation details may vary based on availability, seasonality, local sourcing, or property limitations.

Images shown throughout the website are representative examples and may not reflect the exact final presentation.

3. Ordering Policies

Orders must be placed within the designated ordering window listed for each property or experience.

Late orders may not be accepted.

Guests are responsible for reviewing all experience details, included items, dietary information, and property-specific notes prior to purchase.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of Stay Golden experiences, orders are generally non-refundable once preparation has begun.

If a guest cancels their reservation prior to fulfillment, Stay Golden may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Guest preference changes

  • Minor presentation variations

  • Delayed arrivals

  • Unused items

  • Circumstances outside of Stay Golden’s reasonable control

If an issue arises with your experience, please contact us promptly so we can reasonably attempt to resolve the concern.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Guests are responsible for reviewing all included items before consumption.

Stay Golden and participating hosts are not responsible for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or dietary issues resulting from consumed products.

Products may be prepared, packaged, or sourced in facilities that handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and more.

Guests should contact us prior to ordering if they have severe allergies or dietary concerns.

6. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol offerings, where permitted, may only be provided to guests who are 21 years of age or older and where legally allowed.

Valid identification may be required.

Stay Golden and participating hosts reserve the right to refuse alcohol-related experiences at any time.

7. Guest Conduct

Guests agree to use all Stay Golden products and experiences responsibly and respectfully.

Stay Golden is not responsible for misuse of products, damages resulting from misuse, or incidents occurring during a guest’s stay.

8. Host Partner Participation

Host partners participating in Stay Golden are independent operators and are responsible for:

  • Proper fulfillment of experiences

  • Maintaining presentation standards

  • Accurate property information

  • Compliance with local laws, regulations, and rental platform requirements

Stay Golden reserves the right to remove or suspend host partners who fail to uphold brand standards or guest experience expectations.

9. Intellectual Property

All Stay Golden branding, logos, content, photography, graphics, copy, and materials are the property of Stay Golden and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay Golden shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of the website

  • Purchased experiences

  • Host fulfillment issues

  • Property-related concerns

  • Delays, substitutions, or third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased experience.

11. Privacy

Any personal information submitted through the website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
