To maintain a consistent, elevated experience across every Stay Golden property, we ask hosts to follow a few simple guidelines:
Visual Consistency: Deliveries should reflect the quality and aesthetic shown in the Experience Gallery — including composition, freshness, and presentation.
The "Chilled" Standard: All beverages and perishables should be properly chilled and ready for guest arrival.
Timely Confirmation: Hosts should confirm fulfillment within 4 hours for any order placed inside the 48-hour window.
Presentation Matters: All items should be unboxed, styled, and ready to enjoy. No visible grocery packaging or clutter.
Stay Golden Partner Setup
To ensure every Stay Golden property launches with the highest level of quality and consistency, we require an application form and a one-time Founder Setup Fee once you are accepted.
This includes:

Approved Stay Golden Partners gain access to curated arrival experiences designed to enhance each stay while creating additional revenue.
To maintain consistency across the platform, accepted properties complete a one-time Partner Setup, which includes onboarding, a personalized experience page, and integration into the Stay Golden platform.
